Making FFB work for gamepad in Wheel mode? hi all, I'm using my gamepad in wheel mode because it offers higher precision - I have gas/brake on the analog instead of triggers and steering on gyro. It works great except for rumbles which completely stop when I switch from gamepad mode to wheel in controls. TodayI show you a simple fix for a DirectInput Gamepad that isn't working with certain games.ViGEm: https Heyguys, so I play Assetto Corsa with my Logitech G27 and I have a problem with the dpad. I can't use it because every time I map a action to the dpad and I press it, it opens the pit menu panel instead of doing the action. Im having the same problem my D'Pad buttons don't work because when I press it it just show the pit menu.
4 Noticed that "steam overlay" was disabled for "Assetto corsa". Went into steam and enabled it. --> Controller buttons and axis's don't show up as working in Assetto Corsa controls menu, BUT THEY WORK IN THE ACTUAL GAME!!!!! Everything works now, just need to tinker with all the values, to get a better feel for the controller!
Itis easy to fix. Put the joy into x input mode then in windows devices install xbox360 drivers. And Finally in AC setting choose XBOX 360 joy prestup. Playing it on both G27 and f710. #13.
